The following circuit is a UHF transmitter at 433Mhz using the TX433SAW from Aurel (www.aurel.it). The amplifier uses common available transistors and can function with any ordinary microphone. The gain and AC analysis of the amplifier were simulated using ICAP/4 from Intusoft (www.intusoft.com). This is a spice package and results of the circuit are shown below. The DC voltage used is 9VDC.
